Banyan Air Service Expands KODIAK Sales Territory
Sales Staff Also Enhanced
April 1, 2014, Lakeland, FL…Quest Aircraft Company is pleased to announce the expansion of Banyan Air Service’s sales territory. Banyan is also a KODIAK authorized service center.
“The team at Banyan has done a great job for Quest since joining our dealer network two years ago,” said Steve Zinda, Vice President, Sales and Marketing. “They have strong relationships with customers and potential customers in Florida and the Southeast, so enlarging the territory they represent for us enhances our market presence in a key part of the country.”
In addition to Florida, Banyan’s territory now includes South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas and Tennessee. Banyan is planning a KODIAK demo tour throughout South Carolina and Georgia, April 11-14th, and will be stopping at several locales in each state. The tour will be conducted by Lynn Thomas, who recently joined the Banyan sales team. Thomas spent the past nine years with Quest in sales and technical marketing roles.
The KODIAK’s rugged aluminum construction combines superior STOL performance and high useful load. It offers proven turbine reliability with the Pratt & Whitney PT6 turbine engine, has the ability to land and take off from unimproved surfaces and is capable of working off floats without structural upgrades. The KODIAK can take off in under 1,000 feet at full gross takeoff weight of 7,255 lbs. and climb at over 1,300 feet per minute. A 3-panel Garmin G1000 integrated avionics suite including Synthetic Vision Technology is standard equipment on the KODIAK.
